1. General Provisions

This Cookie Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") explains what data-storage technologies the arshan138.ru website of Mountain King's Castle hotel (hereinafter, the "Operator") uses, and for what purpose.

Cookies are small text files that a website may store in your device's browser when you visit it. In addition to cookies, the website uses a similar technology — the browser's local storage (localStorage).

2. Strictly Necessary Cookies

These files are set by the website itself, and it does not work without them:

• zamok-gornogo-korolia-session — the browser session identifier. It is required to protect the forms against request forgery; stored for 120 minutes;

• XSRF-TOKEN — the same protection token, made available to the page scripts so that a form can be submitted without reloading the page. Stored for 120 minutes.

These files contain no name, phone number or other information about the visitor, and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you block them, the booking form and the question form will stop working.

3. Local Storage (localStorage)

The website keeps two technical markers in localStorage:

• cookieConsent — the fact that you agreed to this Policy, so the cookie notice isn't shown again;

• siteNoticeDismissed — which of the website's announcements you have already dismissed, so it does not reappear.

The selected interface language is not stored anywhere: the Russian, English and Chinese versions of the website differ by page address.

4. Analytics: Yandex.Metrica

To measure traffic, the website uses the Yandex.Metrica counter (the service is operated by Yandex LLC). The counter collects depersonalized information about the visit: the page address, the referring source, the device and browser type, the IP address, on-page activity (click map and link clicks), and the fact that a booking request or a question was submitted through the website's forms.

For this purpose Yandex.Metrica sets its own cookies (including _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad) stored for up to one year. The terms on which this data is processed are set by the service operator — see the Yandex.Metrica terms of use on the Yandex website.

5. Other Third-Party Services

The website uses no other third-party services: fonts, the booking calendar script and all other presentation files are loaded from the website's own domain. When you open a page, your browser makes no requests to external CDNs or to Google Fonts servers.

6. Data You Submit Yourself

The website's forms send your request to the server and store it. The booking form stores your name, phone number, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, selected room and comment. The question form in the "Q & A" section stores your name, a contact for the reply and the text of your question.

The IP address and browser information (User-Agent) are stored together with the request — they are needed to protect against automated submissions. How this data is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. How You Give Consent

On your first visit to the website, a notice about the use of cookies and local storage appears at the bottom of the screen. By clicking "Accept," you confirm that you have read this Policy. Your choice is remembered in your browser's localStorage — the notice will not appear again on this device.

Strictly necessary cookies and the traffic counter start working the moment the page opens: without the former the website cannot accept your request, while the latter collects depersonalized statistics. You can opt out of both through your browser — see the next section.

8. How to Disable Cookies and localStorage

You can delete stored data or prevent it from being saved at any time in your browser settings — usually under "Privacy" or "Cookies and Site Data." You can opt out of Yandex.Metrica data collection separately, using the opt-out tool Yandex provides in the service documentation.

Note that if localStorage is fully disabled, the cookie notice will be shown on every visit to the website, and if the website's own cookies are blocked, the booking form and the question form will stop working.

9. Changes to This Policy

The Operator may make changes to this Policy. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
