About the room
A small room for one or two guests on the ground floor, overlooking the fir trees in the courtyard — there is also an option on the second floor with a valley view and air conditioning. Two single beds or one double. Bathroom with a shower, cable television; at the front desk you can take a thermos of boiling water to your room.

How do I book a room?
Leave a request in the form on the site: choose the dates and the number of guests and leave a phone number — we will call you back to confirm the booking. You can also call us directly: the number is in the site header and on the contacts page.
What does the price of a room depend on?
The price is per room per night and depends on the number of guests: the Penthouse, for example, costs 12,000 ₽ for one or two guests and 14,000 ₽ for four. In the booking form the price and the total for the whole stay are recalculated as soon as you pick the dates and the number of guests.
What is included in the price of a stay?
Your stay in a room with a private bathroom and Wi-Fi, plus the pool and the parking on site — both are free for guests. The banya, the barbecue area and extra beds are paid for separately: the prices are on the room and service pages.
How do I book the banya?
The banya with a plunge pool is booked at the front desk, separately from your stay — 3,000 ₽ per hour. It fits up to 4 people; an extra guest is 500 ₽ for the whole session, children under 14 are free.
Where is the hotel located?
18 Gagarina Street, Arshan — next to the central market, a ten-minute walk from the mineral springs. The contacts page has a map with landmarks: the hotel, the market and the bridge over the river.
What is there on the hotel grounds?
An open-air pool, a Russian banya with a plunge pool, a barbecue area overlooking the Tunka Valley and our own parking. The banya and the barbecue area are booked at the front desk; the pool and the parking are free for guests.
Can we come with children?
Yes. The Family Room and the Penthouse usually suit families best — there is more space, and in some rooms the beds can be separated. Ask about children's discounts and extra beds when you book: the current offers are listed in the promotions block.
How do I pay for the stay?
Payment is made on site, at check-in. No payment details are transmitted through the website: the form is only there to reserve a room and agree on the dates.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes: cats and small decorative dog breeds up to 6 kg are welcome, as well as guide dogs. Please tell us about your pet when booking; a stay with a pet costs 500 RUB per day. All the conditions are in the rules for staying with pets.
