Leave a request in the form on the site: choose the dates and the number of guests and leave a phone number — we will call you back to confirm the booking. You can also call us directly: the number is in the site header and on the contacts page.

The price is per room per night and depends on the number of guests: the Penthouse, for example, costs 12,000 ₽ for one or two guests and 14,000 ₽ for four. In the booking form the price and the total for the whole stay are recalculated as soon as you pick the dates and the number of guests.

Your stay in a room with a private bathroom and Wi-Fi, plus the pool and the parking on site — both are free for guests. The banya, the barbecue area and extra beds are paid for separately: the prices are on the room and service pages.

The banya with a plunge pool is booked at the front desk, separately from your stay — 3,000 ₽ per hour. It fits up to 4 people; an extra guest is 500 ₽ for the whole session, children under 14 are free.

18 Gagarina Street, Arshan — next to the central market, a ten-minute walk from the mineral springs. The contacts page has a map with landmarks: the hotel, the market and the bridge over the river.

An open-air pool, a Russian banya with a plunge pool, a barbecue area overlooking the Tunka Valley and our own parking. The banya and the barbecue area are booked at the front desk; the pool and the parking are free for guests.

Yes. The Family Room and the Penthouse usually suit families best — there is more space, and in some rooms the beds can be separated. Ask about children's discounts and extra beds when you book: the current offers are listed in the promotions block.

Payment is made on site, at check-in. No payment details are transmitted through the website: the form is only there to reserve a room and agree on the dates.
